Matteo and Emily Di Rosa moved to Noblesville in 2003 to open Matteo's Ristorante Italiano. After 13 years the restaurant is still thriving and a short walk from both our properties. In 2007 Matteo and Emily bought their first building at 10 South 9th Street and began the 4-year process of remodel/restoration. The 15,000 square foot property proved to be quite a challenge, requiring all new everything! It was worth the effort because now the multi-use building is home to 13 offices and a delicious restaurant/bar, Copper Still.
In 2013 the Di Rosa's turned their sights to the property at 52 South 9th Street. Again, the project was enormous and with the exception of Pinnacle Title Company (which had been recently rennovated a year prior), everything had to be replaced or restored. The 7,000 square foot building took until February 2016 to complete and was recently featured in the Noblesville Main Street "Upstairs Downtown" Tour Series.
Both buildings turned out wonderfully and the help the Di Rosas received from the City of Noblesville was paramount. The properties benefited enormously from the City's "Facade Grant Program" which encourages local owners to improve their outer buildings in a historically minded way.
Emily and Matteo are detail oriented, hard working, friendly and open-minded. They are quick to respond to questions, concerns or comments and love to hear about new ideas, businesses and experiences. Their goal is to improve the city where they live, work and play!
